Except for 3% of the customers running version 2.10.6, this issue is resolved. A fix will be automatically deployed to 2.10.6 customers in the next few days.

Update
The problem is fixed for customers running versions 2.10.0 to 2.10.5.
For 2.10.6 customers, the fix is being tested and will be deployed in phases so we can assess the fix's effectiveness.
Customers impacted by this issue is well under 0.5% now.

Identified
We are currently fixing the problem for all customers running version 2.10.0 to 2.10.5 and the fix for these customers will be fully deployed by 8PM MST (UTC-7). For 2.10.6 customers, the root cause has been identified and a fix is being developed and tested.
Testing will continue this weekend and we anticipate to begin pushing the fix on Monday. This is a complex issue which impacts 3% to 4% of 2.10.6 customers at any given time. Once a customer is impacted the issue resolves itself within 24 hours.

A couple of updates: 1) For individual customers, the problem appears to resolve itself within 24 hours. 2) We have identified a possible solution. Testing is in progress to determine if it fixes the issue.
