Cloud Services has just successfully upgraded IA to support IPv6.  Initially, IA on mobile devices may experience errors when connecting to the project because the mobile device has cached the DNS.  A restart of the mobile device clears the cache and IA should connect successfully after that restart.  No action is needed with the touchscreens.
